Josh is mounted on Joe
Josh crosses and grips Joe`s sleeves and pulls his arms up. If Joe didn`t have the gi on Josh would simply grab the wrists.

Now with the arms pulled up, Josh slides his left knee up and curls his right leg under Joe`s left arm. This is called the S mount. Josh is sitting heavy on Joe`s chest with his legs forming a very good base.
Now Josh holds Joe`s right wrist against his own chest. Josh turns his left leg out and drives his hip into Joe to finish the straight armlock. Josh is leaning over Joe and is not leaning back.

And/ or grab his left wrist with your left hand. Reach under his right arm to your own left wrist. Keep his arm bent at 90 degrees and finish the arm by turning his wrist out and pulling his elbow in. Be sure to keep your right leg tight under his arm.
